All CYK Students and other interested potential students over the age of 12 years invited. Tough Tigers invited as follows: Jack Graham Megan Gardiner George Allen Joe Frost Johnathan Amos Sophie Winch Nathan Harding This is an invite to this year’s WEEKEND WORKSHOP Please make sure you book these dates for your diary: Date: September 18th & 19th 2010 - The dates have had to change now on 25th & 26th September very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused some of you. Times: 10 - 4pm both days Price - £25 or £15 for one day (Cheques payable to Chat Ying Kuen Kung Fu) Itinary - Saturday: Shaolin Fist Form. Drilling of form. Technical application & detailing. Certification awarded if completed. Sunday: Shaolin Broadsword Form Drilling of form. Technical application & detailing. Certification awarded if completed. Fruit and drink supplied on each day. For that all important vitamin C. There will be a break for lunch on each day. Please bring your own lunch food. This is a great opportunity to learn two of the forms given to us when we visited China in 2007 & 2009 If you require a broadsword that will be used on the day please order yours with Lee Graham and he will gladly take your money for this item. I'm up for the Shaolin Fist on the saturday - hopefully will have the week off, so I haven't got to worry about sleep this time. I'll gladly help out with the Shaolin Broadsword on the Sunday if you wish?! Let me know. ------------------ Stop trying to hit me....and hit me!!  |
