Picked up a finger injury last Sunday (My own fault..tried to block a kick with the finger tips..how many times are we told ), so missed training this week....taken some advice and the good news is that the speed of swelling and bruising recovery suggests there are no fractures but that it can take a couple of weeks for the pain to cease (ATM can nearly form a fist)
Aiming to be back end of next week so apologies for missing a cpl of weeks and the party in the park :(
Moral of the story.....DONT block kicks with your fingers down..

that is no excuse not to be at the party in the park and support your fellow students a sore finger doesn't mean your on your death bed just a cop out see you sunday lol

words of wisdom...sometimes I do need a kick up the arse lol..
Demo was starting at around 4:00 according to timetable..any landmarks to look for as i've not been there before?
Also imagine we wanna get together what around an hour before hand?
